Can be pretty aware of his surroundings and noises around him.

Can seem a little weird or eccentric at times but he loves to mess around.

Also takes a lot of things seriously.

Believes most things people say.

Despite his quirky personality he can get mad quite quickly if angered.

Entity/Weapon:    

Mor Is the name of Juliens entity. 

Mor is useless on his own therefor in order to use his abilities Mor possesses Julien's body. He can stay in use of Julien's body for a good while although when actually using the weapon, which is two black fire like claws, which he can only use 3 times a day and each turn lasting 1 minute 30 seconds. Which means if He uses it he has to make sure he doesn't waist time. 

Additional Perks: Small Frame / Kamikaze

History:  

For a long time Julien just roamed the wastelands on his own, he didn't have any where to live apart from small homes he made himself from scrap. Because of this he had to  learn how to protect himself. Although one day he met the entity Mor- The thing floating in front of him didn't kill him. Which made Julien curious, as he reached out to touch it, the entity communicated with him, asking if he wanted to make a pact. A pact that wold help him protect himself better and live well- Julien could refuse and joined Mor. After using Mor a lot Julien is now connected to the entity for as long as he lives. 

A few years after Julien was still roaming the Wastelands when he came across a green haired girl. Who also turned out to be a panther. She offered to share food and supplies with him.  Thankful and intrigued he followed her.

After a while he soon learned that she was a high ranking person in some sort of group faction. He was curious and asked how to join. she told him how and he tried. 

Which is how he ended up in the Nocturnal Panthers. 

Relationships:

Media Doesn't know her that well but she offered him food so she's nice~

Extra:

-  Julien wears a respirator in some places because certain chemicals and stuff make it hard for him to breath.

- His hands look burnt black. This is from using Mor- It doesn't hurt a lot but sometimes stings so he leaves them in cold water. 

- Morre can't speak outloud but ONLY in Julien's body. Although he really doesn't talk to anyone so nobody knows what Mor is really like lOL
